The Awards ceremony will take place on the Human Rights Day on 10 December 2020. All applications will be assessed by a UN Women selection committee to produce a shortlist of nominees. The winners will be decided by an external jury of young women, who are looking to find their future employer or business partner.

The WEPs Journey represents five stages of a company’s engagement with the WEPs: Sign, Action, Capture, Engage, Report. UN Women provides technical guidance that puts the WEPs signatory onto an effective WEPs journey of implementation, driven by accountability and transparency. Several tools and resources are available to kick start companies’ journeys and build their capacities at different stages of their journey.
