WEPs Learn

WEPs Learn strives to equip women with new skills, capacities and characteristics to succeed in the digital economy and labour market.

This virtual platform also offers learning opportunities for WEPs signatories to deepen their implementation of the Women’s Empowerment Principles. The lessons are designed to give women more confidence in job interviews, lead gender equality initiatives within their organizations, the ability to assess new job opportunities, and therefore grow their careers more effectively.

This video was developed under the EU-funded programme “Promoting economic empowerment of women at work through responsible business conduct – G7 countries”, implemented by UN Women in collaboration with the ILO.

This video was also made possible with the financial support of WomenWill, a “Grow with Google” programme, supporting women’s economic potential through digital skills and community building.
