Private sector companies play a critical role in addressing the climate crisis, and women’s leadership is key to accelerating sustainable and inclusive action. Women face disproportionate risks due to climate change, especially in low-income countries, and their active participation in decision-making processes can drive climate policies that benefit everyone. This critical issue was the focus of the seventh session of the 2024 WEPs Deep-Dive Series on Women’s Leadership for Climate Action.
