In 2021, Ecuador showcased its commitment to eliminate gender-based harassment and violence in the workplace by ratifying ILO Convention 190 on the prevention of harassment and violence in the workplace. The guide aimed to presents actions for WEPs signatories to strengthen their capacities to prevent violence prevention and harassment in the workplace.
