Marketing: Physical Environment

We are now moving onto the Physical environment.

A service cannot be experienced before it is delivered. This uncertainty for customers can be reduced when they see what they are buying. Facilities, such as a clean, tidy and well-decorated reception area, can help reassure customers of the quality of products/services and build trust in your company.

If your facilities are below par, why would your customer think that your service would be good?

For my pumpkin business, I have tried to eliminate any uncertainty for my customers by giving them consistently high-quality products each time. I also keep my store clean and well-decorated, so that customers are assured that the pumpkin products are created with processes of high standards.

Where do you sell your product? Is the environment in less standard than your product/service? What can you do about it?
