What will I learn?

This module on the Business Model contains 12 chapters that focuses on three main areas:

1. The Business Model: 10 separate chapters cover each of the areas of the Business Model: (1) why you need a business model, (2) the value proposition, (3) customer segments, (4) distribution channels, (5) customer relations; (6) revenue streams; (7) key resources; (8) key partners; (9) key activities; and (10) costs.

Once you have completed the Business Model module, you can move continue to the next module on Marketing. I hope that you will be motivated and ready to begin your business development journey.
