In celebration of the International Women’s Day, 90+ stock exchanges around the world are ringing the bell for gender equality and women’s empowerment in March 2021. Many of them are adopting the Women’s Empowerment Principles. This is part of a global collaboration between UN Women and the International Finance Corporation, Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative, UN Global Compact, Women in ETF and World Federation of Exchanges. As part of this global collaboration, WE EMPOWER-G7 has joined forces with Nasdaq and the NYC FinTech Women to organize an event to Ring the Bell for Gender Equality.
