A To Z Textile Mills Limited takes pride in signing the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles and take it forward to ensure that our organization tries to upholds and support the WEPs. In our organization, we engage almost around 60% of woman as employees for varied job. Giving importance to the welfare of our women at workplace and considering it to be one of our priorities, substantiating the same we have a separate “Women Counseling Committee” along with the various policies enforcing women rights. The woman employees are encouraged to post their grievances regarding workplace as well as personal which are affecting their productivity and get it addressed to resolve. Comparatively we found the percentage of target achievement is more from woman employees.
