Yuhan-Kimberly has a vision of "We Act Life-Health-Planet" and is the leading health and hygiene company in Korea, with most widely recognized brands of home and personal care products. Yuhan-Kimberly has put great efforts to strengthen women's capabilities in line with our corporate culture that emphasizes inclusion, equity and diversity, appointed CIDO(Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer) for the first time in Korea in 2011, and declared WEPs for Women Empowerment in 2014. We have a voluntary employee organization called "K-Win" to expand the network and strengthen the capability of women and we continuously enhance women's leadership through mentoring programs. Furthermore, I&D council was organized in 2021 to strengthen women's capabilities as well as our organizational culture. Yuhan-Kimberly reported BOD and set a goal of growing the number of female managers and female executives more than 30% and 35% respectively by 2030. Yuhan-Kimberly will be more active in strengthening its capability of inclusion and diversity than ever before, and develop into a company that is loved by consumers through sustainable growth.
