I am from a conservative community and my profession as a women in constrcution industry has been seen as a taboo. I believe with diversity in the worplace and good desicion makers in leadership roles could help in creating a better world.I have tried my best to go against gender stereotyed roles and included women in site supervisor roles by training them. Anything is possible with the shift of mindset.
