For 40 years, the Women's Jewelry Association (WJA) has advocated for gender equality in the jewelry and watch industry. Through our programming and membership, we help advance the role of women in business in our industry. WJA is thrilled to join the global community of organizations and companies that are working to implement the Women's Empowerment Principles to create a more fair and equitable business landscape for women to thrive.
