Based on our management philosophy of "spreading good products to the world and making people happy," we have been supporting our clients' marketing strategies and corporate branding with PR as the starting point. Since its founding, the company has had a culture in which women are active on the front lines, and more than 50% of the full-time employees have been women since the company was founded. In addition, the percentage of female managers in the entire group has reached approximately 40%. I believe that we have been able to become the No. 1 PR firm in Asia, because we were among the first to create an environment in which women can play an active role and respect their diverse perspectives and values. In order for us to provide more value to our clients and other stakeholders than ever before, we believe that we must further promote the advancement of women. We believe that women's advancement is important in paving the way for a new era, as they bring diverse perspectives and values to the firm. To this end, we will strive to create an environment in which female employees are rewarded for their work and can play an active role, such as by increasing the ratio of women in management positions through continuous development and creation of female leaders.
