As Üniteks, we place great importance on gender equality, which is the fifth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, and also support our supply chain to imply with this purpose. We take a stand against discrimination in every field and at every level as a corporate culture for many years with the policies we developed. Recently, 57% of our all employees, 51% of our managers and 60% of our executive board are women. According to our Gender Equality Strategy, we care about the balance of work and family, and adopt egalitarian approach in recruitment processes as well as an equal pay for equal work policy. Moreover, we also support women's empowerment in business sector with women's career development programs, while we aim to raise awareness with the gender equality trainings. We are proud to be a part of this organization that supports women's empowerment.
