Unifree is pleased to endorse the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles as part of its inclusive policies within the framework of gender equality, which is among its core values. In order to contribute to the empowerment of women at every point we serve, we encourage the sale of women suppliers and women's cooperative products in our stores. We develop and support the programs and practices that women need to achieve their career goals in all our functions and levels, and we lead gender equality-oriented change by increasing the number of women working at Unifree. With the vision that women and men should have equal opportunities as equal citizens for a sustainable future, 42% of our hires in the first 6 months were selected from female candidates, and 37% of our employees and 50% of our Executive Board are women.
