There's enough evidence that shows how improving gender equality results in prosperous and pacific societies. At UNA, we've assumed the challenge and committed to contribute as much as possible to create a collective tomorrow we all want to live in. Gender committment is part of our DNA; now we're ready to take the necessary steps towards implementing the WEP's and spread the word within our industry -which is traditionally led by men- and our society. We are open to improve our actual processes as well as learn and incoporate the best practices to achieve the best results on the path of gender equality.
