As a leading global player in the glass and chemicals industries, we consider sustainability to be central to our operations and a fundamental aspect of our business model. We foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, adhering to principles of equality and human rights, while implementing action plans to support gender equality with the goal of increasing our female employment rate to 25% by 2030. Currently, women represent 56% of our Board of Directors and 38% of our Executive Committee. Additionally, we actively encourage women’s employment and create pools of female engineering candidates at our operational locations, ensuring equal opportunities in our recruitment and internship programs. In our global internship program "Together," majority of the women hired come from STEM fields. As a signatory of WEPs, we will continue to emphasize the importance of gender equality across our ecosystem and use our influence to make a difference.
