At Türkiye Sigorta, we care about women's employment and support our female employees throughout their career processes, from recruitment to retirement. The balance between the numbers of women and men, not only in our workforce but also in our management teams, is equally important to us. In accordance with this approach, we aim to prevent gender inequalities by monitoring metrics such as the ratio of women to men being promoted and serving as managers, through monthly and annual reports.
