As Türkiye İMSAD, we attach great importance to the concept of sustainability. Our biggest goal is to support the sustainability activities of Türkiye İMSAD members and the exemplary work they implement and to ensure that our sector is inspired by these activities. Sustainability is an issue that increases in importance day by day and causes critical impacts. Focusing more on this issue is of great importance for our industry and our country. The construction material industry is an important link in sustainable development. Today, our duty as Türkiye İMSAD is to make an effort to ensure that all women are in the field they want and in the position they deserve. In the business world of the future, we will need more women's productivity, creativity, innovative approaches and the value they add to society. We believe that Gender Equality, the fifth of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the struggle of women should be well understood and emphasized. Because we know that women being more active and more involved in education and business life means a more successful, peaceful and fair society.
