We are deeply and sincerely committed towards improving equality for all, and a significant part of this is gender equality and women's empowerment. While many women have found employment and success in entry level and clerical jobs within travel and tourism, this has not been the case at the higher levels of company ownership and senior leadership positions where women are still impacted by discrimination and harassment. As a small business, we may not be able to change the world to our ideals, but we can do everything within our power to be on the right side of history with our own actions, and whatever small change that may bring.
