Achieving gender equality supports Toena's stance that all forms of violence against women and girls and persons of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities are not acceptable and will not be tolerated as part of our business practices. This Statement of Commitment establishes the expectation that gender equality is considered and prioritized in all current and future planning, policy, service delivery, and practice. Priority actions Toena will work towards gender equality by doing the following: ● Incorporating gender equality messages in corporate and online communications. ● Undertaking a thorough assessment to identify and address gaps and limitations within existing workplace policies, programs, and services. ● Ensuring procurement principles and practices are consistent with, and actively support gender equality. ● Continuing professional development for all staff in order to drive and improve our corporate and community social responsibility practices.
