At Rameda, we firmly believe that empowering women is an integral aspect of maintaining workplace inclusivity as well as the overall sustainability of any business. Companies of all sizes have a responsibility to bridge the gender gap and diversify their workforce at all levels by cultivating environments that foster equal opportunities and respect for all regardless of gender. In order to deliver on this, Rameda has focused on establishing clearly defined goals and has mechanisms in place that promote gender diversity in the workplace, including initiatives that empower and enable women to pursue opportunities at all levels across the organization. We believe that by being a part of WEPs’ global network and gaining access to their comprehensive resources, we will be better positioned to align with SDGs 5 and 10 – which focus on gender equality and reducing inequalities – and enhance our ability to bridge the gender gap, empower women across our operations, and ensure an inclusive and safe environment where all our employees can thrive.
