Women make up more than 32% of Rosatom’s employees. This figure is already significantly higher than the industry average in the energy sector, and we are definitely committed to continue our programs to support female professionals in the nuclear industry. In particular, we pay special attention to developing the leadership potential of our female employees and to promoting STEM education to raise interest for nuclear technologies among boys and girls in the regions where we are operating our business.
