With increased digitalization come increased opportunities in the IT ecosystem. As a result, and as a host to many representatives from this ecosystem, Digital Park's commitment to Women's Empowerment Principles becomes twice as great: first, by aiming to implement the WEPs in its own organization; and secondly, by recognizing and encouraging the need to advance gender equality in the broader IT industry. Since its launch, Digital Park has pledged to support girls and women in pursuing careers in IT by hosting and organizing events, courses and themed events that facilitate education and practical training involving new technologies. Furthermore, for women already in the industry, Digital Park tailors its events to enable networking between females at different stages of their careers, who can share their experiences and foster mentorships. Within our team, we ensure that our recruitment is inclusive and that jobs are marketed to a broad spectrum of potential applicants. In addition, by recognizing female talent and creating internal policies that promote such talent, we try to ensure female representation is present at all seniority levels.
