For me, as a woman from the Republic of Moldova, it is crucial that our company's services empower and motivate as many women as possible in the field of entrepreneurship and business in the Cahul Region. With over 20 years of experience in the non-governmental sector, where I have both participated in and organized events and seminars in collaboration with UN Women, and more recently, as an entrepreneur myself, I have always supported initiatives focused on mentoring, coaching, and training women from both rural and urban areas. This is to bolster the next generation of female entrepreneurs and to assist women already at the helm of existing companies. Additionally, I work closely with local public authorities, facilitating the development of local strategies that promote gender equality and opportunities at the grassroots level. Our commitment to advancing gender equality is unwavering, and I take pride in the actions we have already taken towards this mission and have no intention of stopping here.
