My motivation and desire to be better comes from the growth of fellow women entrepreneurs, especially those who have braved mental health issues and violence against women and children (VAWC). My training, life experiences, and wonderful 16-year journey of ups and downs definitely molded me to become a better leader in the world of business and education. I was trained to be independent at a young age and used continuous learning, along with the help of mentors in various aspects of my life, such as my endeavors. I strongly believe in the equality of genders – whether at home or in the workplace. Both have their own strengths and contribution at home, in society, and in business.
