Our 2030 sustainability ambitions include environmental, social and governance goals for our entire value chain specially designed to ensure our positive impacts are aligned with the SDGs. In terms of gender equality, we have promoted women in leadership positions: we are progressing towards at least one-third of leadership positions held by women by 2027 by taking proactive actions, from recruitment to policies (for example on anti-discrimination action and dignity in the work) and rewards (taking action on our gender wage gap).
