Sappe’s mission is to be an inspirational organization, which provides the best and most delicious food and beverages to “better people’s lives through our innovative spirit”. We place stakeholders as the core and use innovation, which is Sappe’s strong point, as the motivation to achieve our goals. Our vital people include employees, suppliers, customers, trade and business partners, investors and shareholders, as well as communities and society. We look after, support and treat them with equality. We have strengthened our company from within to outside the organization, starting with our “Sappe players”, particularly women. Currently, 65% of Sappe executives and more than half of our employees are female. We believe that every woman has her potential, and we support and give them a venue in our organization to generate ideas. Their creative ideas include women’s “inside matters” that respond to the products created for beauty and confidence in women. Another vital issue is a working model that paves the way for agility and effectiveness in their work. Even though our female staff have a number of tasks to manage, they all are capable of delivering the best outcome in their assignments.
