We have been promoting the advancement of women in our company for some time. We have internally promoted women to executive officer positions, set a target of 25% for women in management positions, and supported the career development of women by strengthening practical training and support systems. We have also introduced a flextime work system and a teleworking system, “Women’s Activity Promotion Team,” which was established by members recruited from within the company. In this way, we are working to promote the advancement of women not only through the leadership of the management team, including myself, but also through an open corporate culture that incorporates the opinions of women on the frontlines. I am signing this letter because I believe that these efforts are in line with the WEPs and I would like to expand these efforts in cooperation with the local community in the future.
