At Samuel Hall, we believe in inclusive development - an equitable development approach built on the understanding that every individual and community, of all diverse identities and experiences, is instrumental in the transformation of their own societies. At the core of inclusive development is the recognition that women, especially those navigating the adversities of displacement due to conflict or climate, have untapped potential and they must be supported. Our research and advocacy efforts amplify the voices of women and their challenges - be it restricted mobility, legal documentation, basic services, protection and connect them to changemakers to facilitate access to education, livelihoods and leadership. We make sure that women’s voices, experiences, knowledge and aspirations directly influence policy and programming, and that they have a seat at the decision-making table.
