At Salgee Enterprises, we believe in gender equality and have experienced first hand the impacts of implementing the same in our organization, having invested in a gender balanced workforce, and supporting the same from top management to the lowest positions in the organization. We aim to close 2024 at a 50% balance between men and women while currently at 40% female employees. We therefore commit to continuous implementation of the WEPs and would like to support and join the global community of companies advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment.
