Growing up in a family with six (6) strong willed and successful sisters, I have always been treated and felt equal to the women in my life. I'm glad that this initiative makes me sign a pledge that actually comes naturally to us at RSM UAE. We are committed to gender equality in its true sense and are also happy to be living in UAE and joining the call of the UAE Government to promote a progressive environment regarding women empowerment. We are committed to doing all it takes to join this journey of implementing these UN WEPs and are hopeful to see a better future for everybody.
