We, at ROYHLE Aviation Academy, find it important to strengthen our efforts on empowering women in the workplace as this has a significant impact in the social and the business sense. Women have always had a presence in the aviation industry, however, the journey for women to gain recognition and respect has been long and arduous. We continue to strive to push for gender equality and to bridge the gap in the aviation industry for we believe women are just as capable as men in this field.
