As Ricardo & Barbosa is a metalworking company, an industrial segment mostly managed by men, we defend equal access for men and women, with equal pay for work of equal value. We will engage in the community, bringing to debate control strategies and measures to be implemented in line with ESG values. We also intend to involve and captivate local partners to the same values. Our objective is to transmit as well as make visible and accessible to everyone the internal actions developed and our initiatives within the community, with a view to consolidating an economic and social balance, based on environmental preservation policies.
