My company's core values are completely aligned to the WEPs. Gender inequality and violence against women unfortunately still are a tough reality in our country, as it is in many places of the world. Instead of accepting this as a terrible cultural heritage, it is time to take this debate from the personal domain and bring it to the public domain. That way we can shine a light on this unfair situation that leaves permanent marks on women and has immensurable consequences in their lives and careers.
