I am committing to implementing the Women Empowerment Principles of UN Women because I believe that gender equality and women's empowerment are essential, and is in line with our company's vision of promoting a more inclusive, just, and equitable world. Growing up, I was raised by strong, passionate, and purposeful women, and even now, I continue to be surrounded by role models including my wife, who inspires me and day by day helps make me a better version of myself. As a father, I want to do all that I can to help shape a brighter future for my son, and especially for my daughter. I also believe that it is my responsibility to model and promote equity, kindness, service, and advocacy, all values I aspire them to also live by. As a co-founder of a company with three other women and a majority female staff, I recognize that gender diversity is critical to our success. I am committed to creating a workplace culture that values and supports women, and to ensuring that women have equal opportunities to grow and thrive in our company. As a leader, I also recognize that there is always more to learn and improve. By joining the global community of companies advancing gender equality and women's empowerment through the WEPs, I am committing to ongoing education and improvement.
