The implementation of gender approaches to the training of women in labour specialties allows us to clearly outline the way to solving problems. This is aligned with a comprehensive strategic policy that impacts the environment (both corporate and within the institution) and is aimed at ensuring a gender-sensitive working environment that guarantees equal opportunities for women and men and equal treatment for them. The implementation of gender approaches means that women (not in isolation, but together with men) are considered as full participants in the development process.
