As a general partner of growth equity funds, our job is to find and build value for our businesses. Applying the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) to our growth equity investing supports our view that embracing gender diversity leads to superior returns. Implementing the principles in our daily operations makes us a better GP team.
