At Piaget, we are convinced that gender equality is essential to build a fair and positive society, in which everyone is empowered to reveal their full potential. More than 60% of our teams are female and over half of our leaders are women. We know that diversity and equality drive success, yet we are conscious that gender inequality persists, hindering social progress. The Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) gives us an actionable framework to address this complex issue and have a stronger impact within and beyond our Piaget community.
