As a training provider for digital creatives, our commitment to implementing Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) is on two fronts: The first is the workplace, where we are proud to say that two-thirds of all our employees are women. This holds true at both management and staff levels. Of course, with a high representation of women in our company, it's easy to take gender equality for granted. Deliberate application of WEPs helps ensure that gender equality isn't a mere afterthought in crafting and implementation of employee policies. The second front is our training courses themselves. We aim to encourage even more of them to pursue training in the field of digital media, not just to prepare them for a career in that field, but also as a means of helping tell women's stories through creativity and art.
