For us, empowering women in the workplace means giving opportunities to them to have better control over their careers and lives through debunking gender stereotypes that are still prevalent in our culture and society. At at the same time new avenues for the career advancement of women ensures a safe, equal and inclusive teaching and learning environment for the young women studying at TMA.
