The PERSOL Group originated from Tempstaff (now PERSOL Tempstaff), which was founded in 1973. At the time, there were not many opportunities for women to play an active role in society in Japan, and our business was started with the desire to create a society in which all women who want to work could play an active role. This desire remains unchanged today as it continues to be our mission to create a society in which everyone can work with a sense of fulfilment and well-being, as we in turn strive to embody this ourselves. Through our endorsement of the Women's Empowerment Principles, we will further proactively promote gender diversity initiatives.
