As part of our corporate culture at our headquarters in Germany, we are committed to sharing our core values with our decentralised structures and project teams around the world. Many of our development consultancy projects in transition countries already have women's empowerment objectives built in. We are therefore privileged to be able to support our partners with awareness raising, methodologies and appropriate tools to achieve significant and measurable change (e.g. women's participation in business, education, governance). But our ambition is to do much more, all the time, everywhere: We are working to raise awareness and actively apply gender equality as part of all human rights principles, in the hope of adding value and quality to our own society and facilitating processes in societies in transition. Joining the WEPs will keep our motivation at the highest level and allow us to share best practices and success stories on this platform.
