As Pakun we encourage business leaders to play a critical role in closing the gender gap. We believe that equal pay is not only a women’s issue but whole family and community. When women get equal opportunities whole community benefits from it. Moreover eliminating discrimination against female workers can boost productivity in businesses. I’d also like to emphasize that any women are valuable and powerful, and deserving of every chance and opportunity to pursue and achieve their own dreams. As a strong believer of gender equality, l with my team at Pakun are working to uphold standards and develop an environment in which every woman can exercise her human rights and live up to her full potential.
