Being committed to WEPs is fully in line with our fundamentals, and women are at the forefront in various relevant areas of the company. As part of this commitment, we received recognition from WOB (Women on Board) in 2020 for having 50/50 Board of Directors (3 out of 6 members), in addition to having four women executives leading our operations. In this sense, PagBank has a culture focused on inclusion and gender equity, promoting relevant affirmative actions through #ElasTech, our Java development training program that trained 38 women in 2022 and resulted in the hiring of nine of them to join our team
