Women empowerment is one of the most important priorities. Unfortunately, women rights are not protected accordingly. They are facing problems in society, in families, at the job places and etc. for example, as at public, also at private structures on the same position with similar backgrounds women have less salaries than men. The Packaging Craft plans to create strategy and provide opportunities for women, support them to gain experience, knowledge and skills, that will help them to find decent place, especially women who are representatives of vulnerable groups.
