I want to acknowledge the contributions of our female workforce towards the success of Packages Group. We need to remind ourselves that to make this organization diverse, equitable and inclusive, we must collectively take action to create a workplace free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, we must take action to break the bias and create a workplace where difference is valued and celebrated.
