We are proud to join the UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and be part of a community that wants to drive positive change. Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are at the core of Noval Property’s business values. As an organization where 65% of our personnel and 60% of senior executives are female, signing the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles shows our inherent commitment to gender equality. There is, however, still a long way to go in achieving true gender equality. It is imperative that we join forces across business and society to encourage further commitment to change. Noval Property being a visible supporter of the WEPs is one of the many steps that we are taking. The principles highlight the need for gender equality not just in the workplace, but also in education and training, supply chain development, and community advocacy. Now more than ever gender equality is something we must all commit to, if we truly desire a more inclusive and prosperous society.
