We have a 56 percent female employee rate in our company. Our most important sensitivity is that women are hired without being asked about their marriage or child plans, or that they can progress in their careers and use their maternity leave as they wish. By signing the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) agreement, we aim to set an example for the society and take our efforts further.
