Gender equality and woman empowerment is not even a theme inside our group, it is the standard. In our facilities in The Netherlands, Albania and China we bring our NG Philosophy. Our philosophy is that all people have the same rights and are equal, this means that all people that work for the NG Group have the same chances and can develop themselves in which race or gender is not a topic. We select our people on motivation and passion to succeed in our business. We prove that by having all cultures in our business and with a 55% rate of woman employees we dedicate to our philosophy. We believe that the world can be a much better place when the rights of people are protected and equality becomes the standard. Therefore we try to contribute as much as we can and we support Women's Empowerment Principles.
