At Nespresso, we know that when you empower women and promote gender equality, you can create positive social change and benefit from unlocking the full potential of your workforce. We have experienced this in our coffee farms, by welcoming more female farmers into the industry supported by gender programs which address underlying causes of inequality. Here in Australia and New Zealand, I am also committed to championing a culture of fairness and inclusion, where women - and all employees - are supported to thrive. This work is already in action with dedicated training initiatives and policies in place. As we continue to remove barriers to gender equality, we’re also looking outside of our organisation for ways to extend our impact.
